I have tried installing Visual studio C# express edition, XNA game studio, Dawn of war beta, a Civilization IV mapmaker, a kotor mod tool kit, steam, and lastly Unreal Development Kit. None of the installations. Aug 23, 2015  3-I replaced the proper.dll files in the folders sytem 32 and SysWow64, several times, from several different sources. It did not work. 4-I installed and reinstalled the x86 and x64 libraries that come with the game several times. It did not work. 5-I reisntalled different versions of directX, especially DirectX11, several times. It did not work.
